Who is CIS
Since
its inception in
1970, Construction
Information Systems
(CIS) has
successfully
researched and
developed four
generations of
application
software products
for construction
and related project
oriented
businesses. Each
generation took
maximum advantage
of major changes in
software
technology. CIS now
offers release 10
of its current
product - System
20/20.
CIS has developed
the tools and
procedures which
enable us to
efficiently
customize System
20/20 to meet the
specific needs of
our clients. All
custom
modifications are
supported in all
future releases of
System 20/20.
CIS
is headquartered in
Mill Valley,
California. In the
last 30 years we
have provided
application
software to a wide
range of companies
in more than
sixteen countries.
CIS
provides on-site
installation and
training services.
On-going support is
provided either via
the internet or
dial-up modem.
CIS
is the exception
rather than the
rule among software
companies, in that
we always deliver
the System 20/20
source programs to
our customers. In
addition to
providing added
security for the
customer, this
practice gives the
customer the option
of modifying System
20/20 using their
own staff. If the
customers
modifications
follow the CIS
guidelines, then
CIS will support
such customer made
modifications in
future releases of
System 20/20.
