we have scheduled
the WebEx meeting
you will receive a
confirming email
message with
details on how to
join the meeting
via the internet.
This methodology
does not require
that you add any
software to your
computer. At the
scheduled time of
the meeting we will
telephone you so
that we can conduct
a simultaneous
voice conversation.
Through the
application sharing
features of WebEx
you will see on
your own monitor
exactly what the
meeting host has
displayed on
his/her monitor.
The host will
conduct a brief
introduction and
then focus the
remainder of the
presentation on
those areas that
are of particular
interest to you.
An
on-line
demonstration can
be of any duration,
with the objective
of assisting you in
determining if
System 20/20 is the
right solution for
your company.
